Dear Residential Swimming Pool Owner
As summer comes to an end and the fall and winter season is fast approaching many of you will begin thinking about closing your swimming pool.Now would be a good time to decide if you are going to do this yourselfor perhaps utilize an experienced pool company to do this for you. We will close your pool for $125.00. You also may be considering installing new equipment, repairing old equipment,installing a new vinyl liner, re-plastering your pool, installing a salt system or possibly a safety cover for your pool.We can help with all of your swimming pool needs.All of our service employees are insured.
Our services include: Pool opening and closing - Pool recovery - Pump replacement and parts - Filter and medium replacement, parts replacement - Leak detection (static test, pressure test) - Salt System installations - Safety cover installation - Pool renovations - Pool liners.
We offer once per week or twice per month maintenance if you decide to keep your pool open during the fall and winter season.
Our prices for residential maintenance are: *Once per week $170.00 / month plus chemicals if required *Twice per month $120.00 / month plus chemicals if required
* Pool Closing $125.00
* Once per month after pool closing $75.00 / month plus chemicals if required
We will either add chemicals as needed and bill on a monthly basis or you may want to consider purchasing the following - 25 lbs of Granular Chlorine @ $84.99 and 50 lbs of Chlorine Sticks @ $139.00 for our use when we service your pool.This should last approximately 2 to 3 months under average conditions.Prices are plus sales tax.
If you do not have a salt system you may wish to consider the advantages of a Pentair IntelliChlor Salt Cell IC40.The addition of a salt system will reduce the addition of chemicals required to maintain your pool.Your cost for the system installed is $1599.00plus the initial salt application (estimate-16 bags @ $9.99 ea.) $159.84 for a total cost of $1,758.84 plus sales tax
Our Maintenance Service includes: Chemical testing and addition - Emptying of the skimmers - Removing leaves from the surface and bottom of the pool - Emptying the Polaris bag - Vacuuming the pool as needed - Emptying hair and lint pot basket - Filling the chlorinator - Cleaning the filter medium as required (backwash the filter).
Our Winter Maintenance Service includes: Addition of liquid chlorine if necessary - Check of pool
equipment - Removing water from cover of pool if necessary.
Our Fayetteville and Macon locations service more than 300 hundred residential and commercial accounts. We have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with the best pool maintenance and repair service at the lowest possible cost.
Our maintenance service is billed on the 25th of each month.All other services are billed separately when completed.For your convenience we offer credit or debit card billing.Please call us to discuss your swimming pool needs.
