Our maintenance employees are insured and we have certified pool operators (CPO ®) on our staff.Remember, Georgia DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCESrequires that all public swimming pools and spas have an operations permit and be maintained under the supervision and direction of a properly trained licensed certified pool operator (CPO ®) Prices for commercial swimming pool maintenance: Twice per weekOnce per week $400.00 month$325.00 monthPools up to 36,000 gallons $465.00 month$395.00 monthPools over 36,000 to 75,000 gallons $650.00 month$525.00 monthPools over 75,000 to 125,000 gallons Chemicals are not included.You pay only for those chemicals actually used.
A detailed service sheet (copy on our web site) is completed and furnished on each visit. Our Maintenance Service includes: Chemical testing and addition, Emptying of the skimmers, Removing leaves from the surface and bottom of the pool, Emptying the Polaris bag, Vacuuming the pool as needed, Emptying hair and lint pot basket, Filling the chlorinator, Cleaning the filter medium as required (backwash the filter).
We recommend twice per week maintenance for commercial pools to avoid the potential problem of water chemistry imbalance and other issues, which could lead to the closing of your pool by Health Department Inspectors

We can assist you with the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Safety Act which does require a proactive approach by commercial and public swimming pools in regard to the requirements of the law. Please review our letter on our website which addresses this issue.
We request a minimum of a two (2) month commitment (automatic renewal).You can cancel anytime, with one-week, notice by phone, fax, e-mail or letter. Our maintenance service is billed on the 25th of each month.All other services are billed separately when completed. Please call to discuss your swimming pool needs. Thank you for your consideration
